How to Build a Career in Responsible Tech.png

We believe that we can build a better tech future by changing those involved in it. All Tech Is Human is building the Responsible Tech pipeline, making it more diverse, multidisciplinary, and aligned with the public interest. Founded in 2018, we have intentionally brought together a diverse range of individuals and organizations across civil society, government, and industry.

By being the connective tissue between individuals looking to enter the nascent Responsible Tech space, the universities educating the next generation of responsible technologists, and industry looking to hire these individuals, All Tech Is Human is uniquely positioned to both shape and grow the Responsible Tech pipeline.

We believe that change happens from multiple angles: both inside and outside of the tech industry, both within legacy tech companies and within startups. We are focused on the jobs and roles that contribute to making technologies and platforms themselves more responsible. Our definition of Responsible Tech careers is aimed at limiting harms, negative externalities, unintended consequences, and better aligning a company and its technology with the public interest.
