Volunteer Profile: Arushi Saxena

Meet Arushi Saxena
Arushi Saxena is a business strategist with professional experience spanning technology investment banking, strategy, and operations roles at technology start-ups and large companies alike. She is currently researching how to combat the unintended consequences of technology on society, cities, and the environment, at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design + School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
Her vision is to promote large scale behavior change in the technology industry, with regards to responsible product design and development.
Most recently, Arushi was a researcher for the Technology and Public Purpose Project at Harvard Kennedy School's Belfer Center where she identified and evaluated policies, products, and initiatives which promote transparency and accountability between citizens and institutions. Previously, Arushi was on the Business Operations and Strategy team at LinkedIn in San Francisco, CA where she helped lead product strategy and marketing solutions for LinkedIn's talent products.
Arushi graduated from UC Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
